As the most winning club in the world, Milan participated to the initiative that saw the Rossoneri autograph a special edition of the MySKY HD decoder. Also Adriano Galliani was present.

This afternoon at Milanello there was a press conference to celebrate Milan as the most winning club in the world and to reward the 4 teams who qualified for the 2008/2009 Champions League, Fiorentina, Inter, Juventus, and Roma, SKY decided to realise a specialised edition of MySKY HD, an innovative decoder with an internal hard disk with 250 GB, which allows to register up to 90 hours of programs, with an extremely high image quality, thanks to the magic of High Definition.
Also it's possible to register two programs at once while watching a third one that was already recorded.
A decoder for each team was signed by its most representative players and the coach. These exclusive unique pieces can be bought on eBay until 17 December 2008.
The earnings from the auction will be entirely given to the Borgonovo foundation to study and research SLA.
Present at the conference and the assignment of the decoders to the Rossoneri players were Sky Vice President Andrea Zappia and Milan delegate administrator Adriano Galliani, who commented as follows on Sky's initiative:
Andrea Zappia - Vice President Sky Italia:
"Today we assign this truly extraordinary product. It's an initiative we have started with Milan, the Club World Champions, and with all the teams who are participating in the Champions League. This decoder will be put on auction at eBay with the intention to gather funds for a terrible disease like Sla and the earnings will be given to the Borgonovo Foundation. I thank Milan for all the initiatives to which it takes part both in marketing and otherwise. Both with Fondazione Milan ad Fondazione Borgonovo we have always worked very well.
I also thank the players who participated to this project in HD and who help us to present this activity."

Adriano Galliani
- Delegate Administrator A.C.Milan:
"I thank Sky for this initiative, to which Milan gladly participated. We are happy that the World Champions were chosen as well as the teams who participate to the Champions League. We are happy to be a part of this initiative which will contribute to Fondazione Borgonovo.
Regarding yesterday's match against Juventus, I slept well because I remembered where we were a year ago in this period. We are almost at 16 December, an important date for Milan and tonight there will be the party to celebrate Christmas. I don't know if you remember what happened on 16 December of last year, when other teams were at home and Milan were crowned World Champions. Until next Sunday we will be the defending champions, since Silvio Berlusconi took the presidency this club has won 26 trophies, 13 in Italy and 13 abroad. We are serene and we are able to see our flaws and our merits."
The World Champions then each received a decoder and autographed the decoders which will be put on auction, and Carlo Ancelotti and Leonardo also said the following words:

Carlo Ancelotti
"For my work this is an important device to see all the football in the world and always be up to date.
On yesterday's match? Today's another day, but we have not canceled this game. Now we have to go on the right road again. Yesterday in Turin there were some mistakes which conditioned the match, which until that point was not played badly.
This team wants to have an important season, we are going through a delicate moment, now we have a delicate week with two matches before the break. We want to finish first in the Uefa Cup group and beat Udinese on Sunday to reach the break in a positive way.

"This decoder is a wonderful device. Today an important thing is realised because this auction is added to the numerous initiatives realised for Stefano Borgonovo, a person we care a lot about also because he's a former Milan player. We were close to this initative since the start
