AC Milan announced that Alessandro Nesta will go under the knife tomorrow morning. The operation, co-odinated by the medical team of Prof. Maurizio Fornari, will take place at the La Madonnina clinic.

The 32-year-old former Italy international has not featured for the Rossoneri at all this season. Previously Nesta planned would made his cameback at Derby della Madonnina. But approach practised in the morning last week his back dispute was return.
