Milan - More older-more dangerouser, that's Filippo "Super Pippo" Inzaghi. It's been another productive season for evergreen Milan striker Filippo Inzaghi, who scored his 13th Serie A goal of the season and his 11th in the last eight games last weekend against Catania.

The 35-year-old was very pleased with the form shown by his team in the past weeks as they obtained a long run of positive results.

The Rossoneri are scoring a lot of goals as they are managing to create a lot of goal scoring opportunities according to Inzaghi.

"I’m happy, this is one of the best seasons I ever had, but the merit is of the entire squad. Everyone tries to make me score," commented the former Juventus player to Milan Channel.

"It’s nice to play in this Milan side, when we play this football we are irresistible, everything becomes simple."

"Inter have on paper an easier calendar, but we still hope... However, I think about the Champions League, there are still four points left to reach it mathematically."

Inzaghi: It’s always nice to score

300 goals in all competition

Filippo Inzaghi was delighted with his brace in AC Milan's thumping of Siena yesterday.

"I’m happy that I reached the 300th goal as a professional. I received the applause of the coach and my team-mates, it was the cherry on the cake, but in reality it's me who must thank them." Inzaghi said, as the official club website reported.

Inzaghi has scored 300 goals in all competition during his long career, 110 of them in the Milan jersey. Super Pippo dedicates the goal to Abbiati for the injury that he suffered.

"I really want to dedicate this day to Abbiati for the injury that he suffered, but I think that he will return back on the pitch stronger than before."

Inzaghi also wished to thank Carlo Ancelotti and hopes he will remain with the Rossoneri for another season.

I don't want to keep repeating myself on Ancelotti, otherwise it'll get pathetic, but the directors are wonderful and will make the right choice."

Inzaghi is the king of Europe

With made score to Werder Bremen at the first leg of the sixteenth finals of the Uefa Cup, Filippo "Super Pippo" Inzaghi confirm himself as the king of Europe.
Superpippo dropped some of the German adrenaline (he scored his 9th goal against a German team with the Milan shirt in European Cups, and the 12th one including his three goals against Hamburger SV with Juventus).

"66 goals in Europe? Yes, it's important but what counted the most was doing well for Milan." Inzaghi said in fireplace room Milanello on his return from Bremen.

"I am happy because I played a good match and I also scored. The goalscoring record in Europe? It will be remembered when I will quit playing, now I enjoy it." his added.

He also realized everything was happen is nothing without contribution and supported by his team mates.

"Certainly, without the team mates I had in all these years at Milan I wouldn't be here talking about these things. I like to share these joys with them and I am happy I can still experience these important European nights which are full of satisfactions."
