Maxwell may move to cross

Inter Milan wing back Maxwell may be forced to leave Inter due to the emergence of Davide Santon and a lack of playing time.

The Italian media have suggested that the Brazilian may move to cross-city rivals AC Milan.

The Brazilian's agents Mino Raiola have baulked at opening new contract talks with Inter management as he doesn't feel he has the total confidence of coach Jose Mourinho.


The full-back has a deal with the Nerazzurri that will run until 2010, but Inter are said to be shopping him at six million euros. The Rossoneri could wait until his contract expires and try to get the Brazil international on a free transfer.
